Nat is going on a frenzy right now, ripping through our house trying to build a 72 hour kit. She's grabbing backpacks and stuffing them with life saving tools and food. Seriously. Like she's taking all of our good snacks and putting them in bags. I'm not sure if the big one will hit tonight, but she's getting ready for any situation. She asked me what I wanted, I said a water bottle and a knife.
Some items she's been collecting:
wet wipes
canned goods
toothbrush (just one. She said we would have to share... I guess after the disaster times will be tough)
multi-vitamins
socks
my scarf
Rock hammer
compass
Favorite quote: "Davy, if we had to, could we eat dog food?"
What is going on here?! She's taking all of my stuff and packing it away! I hope she remembers where she put everything.

Haha! I'm glad you're making fun of me now, but you'll be happy when we're prepared!
I packed the dog food for Macie, but it's good to know that if (heaven forbid) Macie didn't make it, we could still use it for nutrients! :)
What kind of crusade are planning here? What kind of epic quest requires every ounce of nutrients we can afford from dog food?
