I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in almost 5 years. Its not that I find their food all that terrible (because it really is), but I decided to ban them from my life because of the way they have brainwashed society at large. When I was little my mom always took us to get happy meals and play on the playgrounds.
A side note: Most of the playground equipment was recalled later, because of the terrible injuries sustained by children while playing there. Ha! I could have died! "According to CPSC, from the 1970s through the 1980s, more than 400 children were injured on Big Mac Climbers, mostly in falls, including nearly 20 who suffered concussions or skull fractures and 80 who suffered broken bones. Injuries declined significantly in the 1990s as McDonald's began removing the climbers. All the climbers have now been removed and scrapped."
Happy meals were awesome. They built a McDonald's next to our high school and I think I ate there pretty much everyday. Mcdonald's not only has indoctrinated generations of Americans into gorging themselves on cheap, crappy food, but they are a major cause of obesity. I don't want to give another dollar to an organization that destroys society.

And it has nothing to do the people eating just the store.
Jay has also boycotted McDonalds. Ever since I begged him to bring me some chicken nuggets and he came home freaking out about spending $4 just for my nuggets.
It's not all bad though, $1 sundaes are good.
