My novel is suffering

I've been writing a book for over a year now. Its gone through various phases, and I've probably started over a few times. My old computer died and whatever I wrote is now stuck on another hard drive. That's ok though. Rather than worry about all the effort placed into making the story fit together, I see it as a liberation from the confines of whatever ideas I had in the first place. Reinvention. I've always thought that my book would be episodic in nature anyway. The details aren't so important because the story will fill itself out with the pictures and graphic novelization. It sounds like a terrible idea huh? Probably but I'm not it a hurry. Look for my book in 5 years. I'll post some ideas in the Story time poncho blog. I'm actually on the verge of a break through here so it might work out after all.
